We provide out-of-network and self-pay services only and do not contract with insurance carriers. This includes Medicare and all Medicare supplement plans.
Self-Pay Rates
Psychiatric Evaluation - $225
Follow-up - $125
Payment is due at the time of service, and the card on file will be charged on the day of your appointment. If you need a payment plan, please reach out to our office so we can assist you with available options.

You don’t take insurance? Why not?
We choose not to accept insurance so we can focus entirely on you, not an insurance company’s rules.
This independence allows us to spend the time you truly need, rather than limiting care to the brief 10- or 15-minute visits common in many insurance-based practices.
By remaining outside of insurance contracts, we can tailor each session and treatment plan to your unique needs—without third-party restrictions on visit length, frequency, or type of therapy.
Prior Authorizations
Need prior authorization for your prescription? We take care of the paperwork so you can focus on feeling better.
Need forms completed?
There’s no extra cost. We handle FMLA, disability, and similar paperwork as part of your care.
Need a refill fast?
Give us a call and we’ll handle it the same day. We keep things simple—no lengthy rules or hoops to jump through.
Good news: your prescription coverage stays the same.
If you have pharmacy/medication insurance, your meds are covered no matter which provider writes the prescription.
Super Bill
Although Foster Minds is a self-pay practice, we make it easy for you to seek reimbursement.
After each visit, we can provide a superbill—a statement with the necessary codes and details to submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network coverage.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours.

Let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to change or cancel—there’s no fee.

Changes made inside the 24-hour window, or missed appointments, are subject to a $75 fee.
