Need forms completed?

There’s no extra cost. We handle FMLA, disability, and similar paperwork as part of your care.

Need a refill fast?

Give us a call and we’ll handle it the same day. We keep things simple—no lengthy rules or hoops to jump through.

Super Bill

If you are a private pay client, we make it easy for you to seek reimbursement.

After each visit, we can provide a superbill—a statement with the necessary codes and details to submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network coverage.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours.

Let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to change or cancel—there’s no fee.
Changes made inside the 24-hour window, or missed appointments, are subject to a $75 fee.
